Hana

Dear Dr Forslund,

Thank you so much for the care and support you provided for Hana.  I miss he so much, but also am relieved that she no longer has to suffer.  Thank you again for your care and compassion.  You were of such great assistance to our family during this profoundly difficult time.  While we are struggling with the sadness that accompanies the loss of our little girl, those feelings are countered by the wonderful memories that Hana has given us. Thank you again for everything.
