Viewings

The cremations with Viewings need to be arranged directly with the crematory. We do not take payment for the Viewings. The client will pay the facility directly for the viewings.

Viewings with Fire Cremation:

We do the euthanasia visit ONLY and we leave the pet on their premises and it is up to the family to arrange for the cremation and viewing directly with the crematory.

Viewings with Aquamation:

For Aquamation with Honor Pet, we can take the pet with us and do the normal procedure we do for the Cremation and we take payment for the cremation they chose.. However, the arrangements for the viewing will need to be made directly with Honor Pet. Honor pet offers families a memorial service or “Wake” at their facility for any cremation: Communal, Individual or Private. And the family does have the option to see their pet being put into the machine after the Wake if they wish, regardless of the type of cremation they chose. They will be able to view the pet being put in to the machine from about 20 feet away as, due to safety regulations, the family is not allowed in the space where the machine is. However, you do not need to engage the family in a long conversation about the above. All you need to do is to refer them to Honor Pet for the Aquamation with Viewing and they will explain everything. If the client asks, however, you will know what their procedure is.

My pet is suffering, what do I do?
